The Semi-Custom Collection Guide will help you navigate our Semi-Custom process and the customization options available.

The Process

1. Select Your Suite

Select the Collection that reflects your wedding aesthetic. Choose paper type, printing method and quantity that you require. Complete the inquiry form.

2. Quotation & Proposal

We will contact you within 2 - 5 business days upon receiving your inquiry. You may receive a quotation and proposal, depending on the information you provided.

3. Design & Approval

Upon confirmation, the design process begins. You will receive a digital mockup & 2 rounds of revisions before we finalize your designs.

4. Production & Delivery

Production will begin once your proof has been approved. Printing times vary depending on the printing method of your selection. Your order will be shipped to you upon completion.

Investment

On average, our couples invests between $2,000 - $4,000 for 100 invitation on our semi-custom designs.

Timeline

Please use the following estimated timeline as your guide. Delays in payments, feedback, client errors, changes and any other changes made to your order will result in further production delays.

Design timeline is between 14 - 20 business days in addition to the following:

Production Timeline

Digital Printing: 4 - 5 weeks

Letterpress/Foil Printing: 8 - 10 weeks

Add-ons & Embellishments

Additional 1 - 2 weeks or up to 3 weeks for large order quantity.

Delivery

3 - 7 Days for US and Canada shipping

1 - 2 weeks or more for International shipping

Rush Orders

Rush orders are subject to a rush fee of 30% - 50% (or more) of your total suite price.

Quantity

To determine the quantity needed, account for addresses or households instead of individual guests. We recommend ordering 15 - 20 extra sets of invitation suites for last-minute guests, keepsakes, and photographs on the wedding day.

Paper Options

220lb Cotton Paper (1st row from above) is twice as thick as our 110lb Cotton Paper which has a more sturdy and luxurious feel. This paper is thick with a soft eggshell finish. Suitable for letterpress and foil printing.

110lb Cotton Paper (2nd row) features clean, smooth edges with a soft textured finish. This is a 100% cotton premium paper. Used for digital printing and subtle letterpress.

Handmade Papers (3rd & 4th row) are made by carefully curated artisans. Handmade papers are soft to touch, with beautiful textured surface and natural deckled edges. Each sheet is unique to itself and may slightly vary from paper to paper due to its handmade nature. Used for digital, letterpress and foil printing.

Seed Papers (not pictured) are available as options. Please contact us to inquire.

100lb Standard Cardstock (not pictured) is available in various colour selections.

Printing Methods

Digital Printing ($)

Digital printing creates a flat, finish on top of paper. This printing method is a cost-efficient option for your suite.

Digital printing is available on 110lb Cotton Paper and select Handmade Papers.

Letterpress Printing ($$)

Letterpress printing creates a beautiful, deep impression giving of a luxurious look and feel to your suite.

Letterpress printing is available on our 110lb & 220lb Cotton and select Handmade Papers.

Foil Printing ($$$)

Hot foil printing (stamping) uses metallic foil that is transferred onto a paper. This method creates an impression on the paper with a metallic finish.

Foil printing is available on our 220lb Cotton and select Handmade Papers.

Matte Cardstock Envelope Colours

We offer a variety of high quality artisan envelopes that are carefully hand-picked to fit the overall aesthetic of the suites. Our cardstock envelope comes in standard euro-flap style.

Tier 1 Handmade Paper & Envelope Colours

Our handmade envelopes feature soft, organic feel with naturally deckled edges in the colours below. Tier 1 handmade papers are recommended for digital printing only.

Tier 2 Handmade Paper Colours

Our Tier 2 handmade papers feature a soft, pillowy feel with full deckle edges. Tier 2 handmade papers are recommended for digital printing, letterpress and foil. Please inquire for availability and to view colour options.

Digital & Letterpress Ink Colours

The colors below are available for our Digital and Letterpress printing methods.
* White is available as a letterpress blind impression and digitally for dark envelope return addresses. Colors marked with * are only available for letterpress printing.
