A custom or bespoke wedding stationery is for couples seeking to design invitation suite from scratch. Each invitation suite begins from a blank page and is thoughtfully developed to reflect your story and aesthetic.

It is a deeply personal design experience as we work closely to dive into your love story, aesthetic preference and style to craft a suite that is uniquely yours. Every element is thoughtfully designed just for you.

We recommend a starting budget of $4,000 and up to at least $6,000 to include custom day-of stationery and design. Every wedding is different and the pricing is custom-quoted based on scope, complexity, your choice of paper, printing methods, add-ons and any other custom design elements.

Limited spots are offered each wedding season. We take a maximum of 6 custom clients per year.

We encourage booking at least 6-9 months prior to your expected delivery date.

The Bespoke Experience

The bespoke experience is a collaborative design journey, created for couples who value thoughtful details, meaningful storytelling, and design without limitation.

Each custom suite begins with a blank page. From there, every element is considered with intention — guided by your story, your aesthetic, and the atmosphere you wish to create for your celebration.

Throughout the experience, you are guided through creative decisions with clarity and care from early concepts to final production.

The result is an invitation suite that feels personal and unmistakably yours.

As part of the bespoke experience, you will also receive the following items :

  • Mini sample pack tailored to your options

  • Photographed preview of selected paper options styled into a curated flat-lay. This allows you to see how materials, tones, and finishes work together

  • 2 x sets of invitation suite for keepsakes

  • $50 credit for custom day-of stationery

  • Seamless extension and design continuity to day-of stationery

The Custom Process

  • Get in touch with us by sending us an email and/or by completing our Stationery Inquiry Form. 

    We begin with an inquiry followed by a design consultation to understand your vision. This is where we explore your aesthetic, budget and the overall tone you wish to set.

  • Next, we will follow-up with a proposal that outlines the details of the suite, quote and timeline. 

    Once you have accepted the proposal, we may proceed by signing contract and submitting a booking deposit. 

  • Once confirmed we will begin the design process by developing a creative direction that guides the entire suite. This includes paper selection, printing methods, layout and custom elements as well as embellishments such as envelope liners, ribbons and more. You will also receive a custom mood board for your stationery.

  • You will receive digital mockups of your suite as well as mockups of individual custom elements such as venue illustration, custom borders, wreaths etc. 

    At this stage, we refine and amend the design. The custom process includes 3 rounds of revision. 

    Final proofs are reviewed for approval before we send them for printing.

  • After approval, your suite moves into production. 

    Any remaining invoice balance should be completed before moving into production.

  • If add-ons such as ribbons, envelope liners, wax seals etc.  are included, your suite will be assembled after receiving the printed designs. 

    Please allow additional 1-2 weeks minimum for assembly. 

  • Your stationery will be shipped upon completion once they have gone through our quality check process.

    We ship worldwide using tracked expedited shipping.
